Job summary

Responsibilities

• Correspond with U.S. and international outside counsel, and prepare and/or file documents and supporting materials related to prosecution and maintenance of the trademark portfolio.
• Assist with preparing documents for all aspects of proceedings, including evidence of use and supporting affidavits.
• Review and docket worldwide watch service notices.
• Research third party marks.
• Assist, as needed, in special projects.
