Qualifikationen

• Licensed attorney with meaningful trademark experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of IP experience, preferably including global business support.
• Strong understanding of global trademark and copyright law and portfolio management.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

• Manage global trademark filings and prosecution.
• Support trademark and copyright disputes, including enforcement actions.
• Advise stakeholders on trademark, marketing, and advertising matters.
• Handle IP transactions including licensing, settlements, and collaborations.
