HARMAN International in Richardson, Texas, seeks an experienced Lifestyle IP Counsel to advise on IP strategy and business matters for the Lifestyle Division. You will negotiate licenses, NDAs, and technology transfers, and partner with the legal team to support global portfolios and strategic initiatives.

Qualificações

• Juris Doctor and Bar admission (or equivalent) required.
• 5+ years of IP experience in-house or law firm.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IP licensing agreements, acquisitions and related agreements.
• Understanding of patents, trademarks, copyright and trade secrets to counsel clients on protection, risk and enforcement.

Responsabilidades

• Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of IP related agreements and amendments (licenses, NDAs, technology transfers, etc.).
• Provide strategic legal advice on technology/product roadmaps, corporate strategy, and global portfolio decisions.
• Collaborate with the legal team and external counsel to support internal clients across divisions.
• Support IP due diligence, portfolio management, litigation and dispute resolution, and other IP matters.
• Counsel internal clients, coordinate with external counsel, and develop negotiation resources and templates.
