Key duties include managing worldwide trademark filings, defending against disputes, advising on trademark and advertising matters, and supporting IP transactions.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney with meaningful trademark experience.
• Typically 4-7 years of IP experience, ideally supporting global businesses.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage global trademark filings and prosecution.
• Support trademark/copyright disputes including oppositions and enforcement actions.
• Advise business stakeholders on trademark, marketing, and advertising risks and strategies.
• Handle IP transactions: licensing, settlements, evaluation, and collaboration agreements.
• Serve as SME on IP issues and coordinate with internal and external counsel.
