Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a senior leader to drive the global Trade transformation within Global Payments Solutions. The role will define and execute strategy, secure multi-year funding, and implement a digital-first operating model across products, operations, technology and sales.

You will lead change across regions, manage partnerships with technology providers and ensure measurable benefits through governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Extensive transformation leadership in a large financial institution with multi-year programs.
• Strong Trade Finance domain expertise including LC, Guarantees/Standbys, Supply Chain Finance, Open Account and Receivables Finance.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into multi-year roadmaps, governance and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the multi-year Global Trade transformation strategy and roadmap across Product, Operations, Technology, Service and Sales.
• Lead the transformation blueprint, governance, resourcing and delivery methodology.
• Manage investment and funding strategy with compelling business cases for the Trade organization.
• Lead future-state operating model and digital-first service model to drive automation and data-led processing.
• Oversee technology modernization, migration from legacy platforms and retirement of old systems.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, data and automation to improve client experience and scalability.
• Foster ecosystem partnerships with technology providers and FinTechs to accelerate the strategy.
• Drive organizational readiness, change management and adoption across the transformation.
