Responsibilities

• Define, lead and execute the multi-year Global Trade transformation strategy across GPS.
• Align Product, Operations, Technology, Service and Sales around a common roadmap.
• Develop the transformation blueprint with governance, resourcing and delivery models.
• Own the transformation business case and multi-year funding strategy.
• Lead future-state operating and digital-first service model initiatives.
• Modernize technology and migrate from legacy platforms.
• Identify opportunities using data, automation, and AI to improve client experience.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships with technology providers and FinTechs.
• Drive client migration and broader adoption with cross-functional teams.
• Lead change management and organizational readiness across the transformation.
• Establish governance and benefits realization with executive transparency.
