Raytheon is seeking a Principal Specialist, Global Trade to own export/import licensing activities within Naval Power. You will develop strategies to support international capture, program, and supply chain efforts, collaborating with multiple business functions to ensure compliant transfers of technology and hardware globally.

The role requires direct experience in ITAR/EAR export licensing and may involve light domestic travel, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years in global trade.
• Experience researching and applying ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Experience with ITAR/EAR export authorizations and related systems (DECCS/SNAP-R/SAP-GT/OCR EASE).

Responsibilities

• Assist in development of export authorization strategies for international marketing, sales, and manufacturing of defense and dual-use articles.
• Prepare and submit export/import license applications and exemptions for USG approval.
• Provide status updates on export/import authorizations to leadership and program teams.
• Represent Global Trade in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Interpret ITAR and EAR regulations for Naval Power employees and ensure compliance.
