Job summary

SEI in Oaks, PA is seeking an Operations Analyst to support daily trade settlement, including domestic and global settlements and TBA pair-off processing. The role requires accuracy, client responsiveness, and ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks.

You will interact with multiple teams, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to efficient settlement operations while delivering high-quality service to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the daily processing of domestic and global trade settlement, as well as TBA pair-off settlement
• Basic processing and/or service activities specific to team functions
• Primary focus is on day-to-day operational execution
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner
• Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality, quality and privacy
• Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information and transactions into multiple systems
• Interact effectively with multiple operational teams
• Manage a time sensitive delivery schedule
• Heavy interaction with the client, as well as team mates, on the phone, email and in person in a professional and accurate manner
• Regular and reliable attendance in accordance with position, business and/or client needs
• Other duties as assigned
