Job summary

SEI, a leading technology and asset management company, is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the External Custody Trade Settlement team. The role handles daily processing of domestic and global trade settlements, including TBA pair-offs, with strong client interaction and strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Daily processing of domestic and global trade settlements and TBAs.
• Respond to client inquiries in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality and privacy in all tasks.
• Enter and review client information and transactions in multiple systems.
• Interact with multiple internal operational teams and meet time-sensitive deadlines.
