Job summary

Arrowhead Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Madison, WI, seeks a Partnership Supply Chain Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for out-licensing collaborations and regional commercial partnerships.

You will oversee clinical and commercial supply across a growing partner portfolio and ensure uninterrupted delivery of RNAi therapeutics. You will drive demand and supply planning, S&OP, regulatory alignment, and lifecycle management, coordinating with Regulatory, QA, Manufacturing, and Finance

Qualifications

• 7+ years pharma/biotech supply chain experience.
• 3+ years in a partner-facing or alliance role.
• Knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH GMP requirements.
• Experience with complex S&OP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain for partner collaborations across clinical and commercial stages.
• Translate contracts into operational plans, KPIs, and supplier commitments.
• Coordinate demand planning with partners and Arrowhead capacity.
• Oversee regulatory alignment and quality interfaces for partner markets.
