Job summary

Sanha International USA is seeking an Import & Export Specialist to coordinate day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely shipments. You will work closely with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to support ongoing import/export activities. The role requires 3+ years in import/export shipping, knowledge of U.S.

processes, and strong Excel and communication skills. This is a collaborative, detail-oriented position offering growth within a global logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, preferred.
• 3+ years in import/export shipping and customs clearance.
• Familiar with U.S. import/export processes for air/ocean/land.
• Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Document handling: review and submit import documents for air/ocean shipments to brokers.
• Review customs entries for accuracy and timely clearance with brokers.
• Submit import/export invoices into OA system per finance rules.
• Support export shipments with freight forwarders and export docs.
• Provide status updates to stakeholders and maintain clear communication.
• Assist on import/export projects and additional duties as needed.
• Support broader customer service tasks when required.
