Job summary

Uline, a family-owned North America’s leading distributor of shipping, packaging and industrial supplies, is seeking a Business Analyst for Global Trade at its Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. You will translate data into actionable insights and support cross-functional teams to streamline international processes across the Global Trade Management system.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL and MS Office skills, and a knack for turning

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office.
Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.
Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment a plus.

Responsibilities

Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
