Job summary

Uline, a leading North American distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst. You will own analytics that move millions of shipments and apply advanced insights to evaluate performance, influence strategy, and improve operations across a vast freight network.

Responsibilities include translating logistics data into executive summaries, collaborating with teams to deliver actionable insights, and building models and visuals to forecast

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years in analytics, business or finance.
• Experience with data intelligence, predictive analytics or AI-enabled tools.
• SQL experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication and time management with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and interpret logistics data to create executive summaries and visuals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights for logistics improvements.
• Evaluate shipping rates, surcharges and service standards to optimize logistics strategies.
• Develop data models and visualizations to support business decisions and forecasting.
