Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial and packaging materials, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the International team with data-driven insights and IT partnerships.

You will analyze data requests, improve processes through automation, document systems, and contribute to modernization projects while ensuring clear communication with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL, Microsoft Office and VBA; Power BI preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze International team data requests, presenting clear findings to leadership.
• Maintain and improve daily technology processes, building efficiencies through automation and smart use of data.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Create and update system documentation, reports and user communications.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvement initiatives that support Uline’s International operations.
