Job summary

Uline is seeking a Business Analyst for Global Trade in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll translate data into actionable insights, support international processes, and help navigate evolving trade regulations for our NA operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office; Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.
• Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
• Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
