Job summary

Uline seeks a Business Analyst to translate data into actionable insights, streamlining International processes and guiding senior leadership. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, tackle trade regulations, and drive efficiency in a growing North American company.

Responsibilities include analyzing data requests, supporting automation, and maintaining GTM resources. Minimum 1 year in analytics, Bachelor's degree, and strong SQL skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of analyst experience or similar role.
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office; Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights for business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements with automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials for the GTM system.
• Translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation.
