Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks an International Operations Analyst to analyze trends, provide insights, and drive improvements across Canada and Mexico. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and cross-border operations.

The successful candidate will create dashboards, leverage SQL and Excel, and collaborate with peers to uncover opportunities and support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in database analytics with advanced data mining and extraction skills.
• Proficient in SQL and Excel.
• Bilingual English/Spanish; understanding of Mexican culture is a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to recommend improvements for Uline’s operations across Canada and Mexico.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards using SQL and Excel to ensure efficient international operations.
• Prepare concise, data-driven memos with actionable business insights that support strategic business decisions.
• Collaborate with other analysts to share best practices, identify data trends and recommend opportunities.
