Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes, develop training materials, and ensure seamless GTM workflows. Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of analysis experience are required, with SQL and MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years experience as an analyst.
• Proficiency in SQL and MS Office; Power BI/Power Automate/VBA preferred.
• B2B experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
• Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
