Job summary

Uline seeks a Business Analyst to translate data into actionable insights, streamline international processes, and support senior leadership. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to drive system enhancements, solve business challenges, and help navigate evolving trade regulations for a growing North American company.

Responsibilities include analyzing data requests, contributing to modernization projects, and developing training materials for the GTM system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of analyst experience required.
• Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Office; Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred.
• Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials for the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
• Translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation.
