Job summary

Acuity is seeking a Director of Trade & Customs Operations to lead its Global Trade team. This role involves ensuring compliance with customs regulations, overseeing import/export procedures, and managing a team of coordinators.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in global trade and supply chain operations. Responsibilities include improving customs clearance procedures and ensuring compliance with CTPAT and PIP.

This position may be based anywhere in the U.S. and includes travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with import/export global trade, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
• Prior experience leading an operations team.
• Familiar with government agency requirements, Free Trade Agreements, and CBP processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acuity’s Global Trade & Customs Operations team.
• Drive efficient import/export custom clearance procedures.
• Ensure compliance for CTPAT and PIP.
