Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of compliance or risk management experience in customs and trade law.
• Preferred: US Customs Broker license (must sit for exam after hire if not licensed).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement internal compliance procedures and policies and ensure adherence.
• Oversee compliance with customs and trade laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Stay abreast of legal and corporate requirements in customs and trade.
• Report compliance to management.
• Train staff and stakeholders on legal requirements and updates.
• Maintain tariff classification database.
• Assist with value and origin assessments.
• Audit compliance with policies and laws.
