Expeditors is hiring a Trade Compliance Coordinator in Ellenwood, GA. The role supports global goods movement, ensuring regulatory compliance and handling import/export administration. You will liaise with customers, freight forwarders and customs to maintain smooth shipment processes.

The position requires 1–3 years in customs operations, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication skills to navigate complex regulations and deadlines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
• 1–3 years related experience in customs compliance operations, import or export operations preferred.
• Understanding of international trade and customs regulations, incoterms and impacts to supply chain.
• Knowledge of international air and ocean transport logistics processes.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication.
• Ability to triage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Build customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and propose solutions.
• Monitor and manage ticketing system for customs compliance requests.
• Ensure 100% adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
• Verify shipping documents for import/export compliance and complete customs tasks.
