The Global Trade Compliance Manager at Dorman Products oversees the company’s global trade compliance program, ensuring adherence to U.S. and Canadian import/export requirements while supporting business operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive trade compliance experience.
• Experience managing complex import/export programs and brokers.
• Knowledge of US/Canadian customs, export controls, and FTZ/drawback concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage key components of global trade compliance program and regulatory changes.
• Oversee customs brokers, procedures, and performance metrics.
• Support CTPAT program administration and supplier security efforts.
• Develop and implement duty savings and trade optimization initiatives.
• Lead audit activities and coordinate corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure export compliance and risk mitigation.
