Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Trade Compliance Leader to manage and optimize global trade compliance programs. The role requires overseeing import/export regulations, broker relationships, and compliance initiatives across NA and international markets.

The position emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and ongoing improvements to customs and CTPAT processes, with a hybrid work model based at the Colmar, PA headquarters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive trade compliance experience.
• Experience managing complex import and export compliance programs.
• Experience with CTPAT, FTZ, Drawback, First Sale, and other special trade programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage key components of the Company's global trade compliance program and ensure compliance with applicable import and export regulations.
• Maintain trade compliance policies, procedures, controls, and work instructions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential business impacts.
• Support implementation of compliance initiatives and process improvements.
• Support import and export compliance activities across North American operations and other international markets.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on customs and trade compliance matters.
