Job summary

Lutron Electronics is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Specialist for our Annex office in Center Valley, PA, to join the Trade Compliance team.

You will assign HTS codes, coordinate with customs brokers, review invoices, create Schedule B numbers, and track compliance metrics daily.

Qualifications include 3+ years in import/export regulations, degree, and relevant certifications; you must live within commutable distance to Center Valley.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export regulations or related field.
• Experience with HTS classification codes is preferred.
• Certifications such as Custom Certified Specialist, Certified Export Specialist, or Licensed Customs Broker are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assign HTS codes based on regulations and product data.
• Resolve trade compliance issues to support shipment clearance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure accurate documentation.
• Review and process commercial invoices to support import declarations.
• Create and maintain Schedule B export numbers.
• Track daily and monthly trade compliance metrics.
• Support FTAs qualifications and share documentation with brokers.
• Provide training on import/export procedures to team members.
