Lutron Electronics Company, Inc. in Center Valley, PA is seeking a Trade Compliance Supervisor to join our team.

This role focuses on ensuring global trade operations comply with customs regulations and government agency requirements across international markets. Ideal candidates will leverage analytical, research, and problem-solving skills to interpret import/export regulations, update internal policies, and maintain ongoing compliance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum GPA 3.00 unless 10+ years of experience.
• Minimum 8 years of international operations, import/export, or customs experience.
• Preferred CCS, Certified Export Specialist, or Licensed Customs Broker.
• Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Trade Compliance across management and staff in multiple functions.
• Lead and manage HTS classifiers.
• Utilize trade compliance expertise for import/export transactions.
• Perform compliance review of imports and exports.
• Execute complex transactions including valuation and routing guidance.
• Validate origin and valuation details for new lanes/markets.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Generate performance metrics for pre-entry activities.
• Participate in process improvement projects and monitor changes.
