You will work closely with various teams, managing documentation and trade compliance processes. Candidates should have experience in import/export regulations, HTS classification, and must be within commuting distance of Center Valley for in-office work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export regulations or HTS classification codes preferred.
• Certifications such as Custom Certified Specialist or Licensed Customs Broker are advantageous.
• Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley PA for in-office schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assign Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes based on customs regulations.
• Resolve trade compliance issues to support shipment clearance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for accurate import/export documentation.
• Review and process commercial invoices for import declarations.
• Create and manage Schedule B export numbers.
• Track daily and monthly trade compliance metrics.
• Complete Free Trade Agreement qualifications and documentation.
• Support testing of global classification and FTA tools.
• Train team members on compliance procedures.
