Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export regulations or HTS classification codes.
• Preferred certifications: Custom Certified Specialist, Certified Export Specialist, or Licensed Customs Broker.
• Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley PA.

Responsibilities

• Assign Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) codes based on customs regulations.
• Resolve trade compliance issues for shipment clearance.
• Coordinate with customs brokers for documentation compliance.
• Review and process commercial invoices for import declarations.
• Create and manage Schedule B export numbers.
• Track and report trade compliance metrics.
• Complete Free Trade Agreement qualifications.
• Support testing of global classification tools.
• Train team on import/export compliance procedures.
