Ralliant is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager in Boxborough, MA to execute and coordinate import/export compliance across multiple OpCos. You will interact with legal, operations, supply chain, finance, IT, and brokers to maintain an effective global program.

The role requires organization, strong judgment, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Occasional travel to operating companies is expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive import/export compliance experience with hands-on operational execution.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations (HTS, origin, EAR/ITAR, sanctions).
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical procedures and training.

Responsabilités

• Independently execute day-to-day trade compliance activities for assigned OpCos.
• Serve as escalation resource for import/export, sanctions, licensing, and screening matters.
• Develop and deliver trade compliance training and partner with Legal, IT, HR on controls.
