Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager to independently execute and coordinate import/export compliance activities across multiple OpCos. You will implement corporate policies, manage escalations, and partner with legal, operations, and supply chain to maintain an effective global program.

You will support audits, risk assessments, licensing reviews, and training development, traveling to operating sites in NY, MA, CT, NC and SC as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive import/export compliance experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import and export regulations (HTS, EAR/ITAR, sanctions, licensing).
• Ability to translate regulations into actionable procedures and training.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day trade compliance activities for assigned OpCos with brokers and stakeholders.
• Serve as escalation resource for import/export issues, screenings, licensing and classification.
• Develop and maintain corporate policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and recordkeeping reviews.
