Collins Aerospace is seeking a Manager, Global Trade - Global Trade Lead (Hybrid) to oversee the global trade compliance program for Largo, FL and Cheshire, CT. The role ensures adherence to export controls while supporting business goals in a large aerospace context.

You will lead audits, guide classifications and licensing, and develop training to bolster regulatory awareness across teams. Relocation may be available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 8+ years Global Trade experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Global Trade compliance role.
• Experience with export control regulations, including classification and licensing.
• Experience with compliance audits or assessments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Global Trade compliance for sites in Largo, FL and Cheshire, CT.
• Provide guidance on export/import classification, licensing, and documentation.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for corrective actions.
• Monitor compliance metrics and report trends to leadership.
• Develop and deliver training on global trade regulations.
• Support investigations into potential trade law violations.
• Maintain records and documentation of trade compliance activities.
