Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with experience in trade compliance.
• Five+ years in trade compliance focused on imports.
• Three+ years Foreign Trade Zone administration experience.
• Experience with SAP and Global Trade Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation, SAP, and GTS reports related to Foreign Trade Zones.
• Backup administrator for FTZ key employee responsibilities.
• Support Duty Drawback program documentation and reporting for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain legally mandated depository and five-year archive of import/export docs.
• Conduct internal audits to verify shipping docs meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Logistics on export docs and AES filings.
• File export documentation for empty equipment shipments.
• Issue Certificates of Origin to support compliance efforts.
• Track tariffs on imported cylinders and coordinate with Customer Service on invoicing.
• Prepare quarterly import/export reports and assist with environmental reporting for controlled substances.
• Generate quarterly export reports using SAP for business reviews.
• Perform other import/export compliance activities.
