Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all import and export compliance activities.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring compliance.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Monitor shipment status and manage expedites.
• Support internal and external audits and compliance reviews.

Skills

Strong knowledge of U.S. import/export regulations (EAR, ITAR, Customs compliance)

Working knowledge of international trade regulations

Familiarity with automated trade systems (e.g., DECCS, SNAP-R, ACE)

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel
