Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Lead to govern and oversee global import/export activities. You will guide regional teams, ensure adherence to standards, and support audits, classifications, and FTAs.

This role focuses on reducing regulatory risk and maintaining a strong compliance framework across the enterprise. The position requires 6+ years in trade compliance, strong HTS/FTA knowledge, and experience with trade systems and ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or demonstrated experience in trade compliance.
• Minimum 6+ years in trade compliance, customs, import/export operations, or related regulatory roles.
• Strong knowledge of HTS, FTAs, auditing, and import/export regulations.
• Experience with Global Trade systems and ERP platforms; ability to interpret global rules.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global SME for trade compliance and mentor regional teams.
• Lead development and refinement of trade compliance policies and frameworks.
• Oversee classifications, valuation, origin, export controls, and other core topics.
• Lead global trade audits, investigations, and remediation efforts with cross‑functional partners.
• Monitor regulatory changes and communicate impacts across the organization.
• Partner with sourcing and engineering to expand duty savings opportunities.
