Job summary

Acuity Inc. seeks a Global Trade Compliance Manager to lead import/export programs across multiple jurisdictions. You will oversee classification, licensing, export controls, and sanctions compliance, perform risk assessments and audits, and drive governance and training across the organization.

The role supports global expansion with domestic travel 0%–25% and can be based anywhere in the United States. Ideal candidates hold a degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law or Engineering

Qualifications

• Some College in Legal or Engineering Management.
• Ideal candidate holds a degree in International Business, Supply Chain, Law, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with prior global trade compliance experience.

Responsibilities

• Support global import/export compliance programs, including classification, licensing, and adherence to export controls and sanctions regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and internal audit programs (classification, valuation, country of origin, ACE filings, BIS/export controls).
• Develop, implement, and maintain global trade compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Manage and analyze trade compliance metrics, CTPAT, and data trends to monitor program effectiveness.
