Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist - Global Trade to lead and scale our global trade compliance program. You’ll own ITAR/EAR implementation, TAAs, and license processes, while guiding product teams through regulatory requirements.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, legal, and business units to address export controls, sanctions, and third-party risk in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work options are available and a focus on global operations is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years on a risk or compliance team.
• Eligible to access US export-controlled materials including ITAR/EAR/CUI.
• Experienced drafting export/import authorizations and TAAs.

Responsibilities

• Manage submission of US government trade controls and license applications including defense licenses.
• Provide regulatory guidance on ITAR/EAR; draft/negotiate trade compliance contract language; maintain policies/training.
• Adjudicate export control incidents and assess sanctions issues; manage foreign national access to ITAR data.
• Conduct due diligence and risk assessments on third parties using compliance databases and public records.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on export controls, sanctions, and third-party integrity initiatives.
