Job summary

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Risk and Compliance Specialist - Global Trade to build and scale a comprehensive global trade compliance program. You will own ITAR/EAR implementation, advise product teams, manage license processes, and lead due diligence across customers, suppliers, and third parties.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to address evolving regulatory requirements, perform risk assessments, and contribute to Palantir’s mission while maintaining high standards

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience on a risk or compliance team.
• Experience leading a function or workstream in risk/compliance.
• Expert knowledge of export controls and CUI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage submission of U.S. government trade controls and license applications.
• Provide ITAR/EAR regulatory guidance to product teams.
• Triage export control incidents and assess sanctions issues.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and risk assessments.
• Coordinate cross-functional risk initiatives across stakeholders.
