Job summary

102 Crane Company seeks a Compliance Manager to oversee global trade compliance and U.S. federal contract requirements. You will lead audits, assessments, and training, acting as a subject matter expert in ITAR/EAR and related standards.

You will partner with leadership and operations to embed a culture of integrity, manage due diligence for acquisitions, and support government audits and ongoing compliance programs across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in trade compliance and/or federal contract compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations.
• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations and documentation.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, TINA, FCA, and CAS.
• Knowledge of DCSA requirements for cleared facilities.
• Preferred: Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (LCB) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Trade compliance subject matter expert on ITAR, EAR, embargoes, and anti-boycott rules; provide guidance to business units.
• Support compliance assessments, audits, and external reviews with regulatory guidance.
• Oversee remediation plans from audits/investigations and monitor effectiveness.
• Develop export compliance training programs for business units.
• Draft and implement policies, procedures, and controls for U.S. trade laws and global trade.
• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and post-acquisition integration.
