Job summary

Future Electronics seeks an Import/Export Coordinator to support the Memphis Area Distribution Center (MADC) and Global Trade Compliance teams. You will enter data, compile export paperwork, and ensure shipments comply with customs regulations.

The role requires strong regulatory knowledge, attention to detail, and collaboration across departments to drive cost savings and accuracy. Responsibilities include auditing shipments, preparing FCC/IC forms as needed, and maintaining documentation for

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in U.S. import operations.
• Familiarity with Customs documentation preferred.
• Knowledge of best practices for trade compliance, U.S. exports is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit import shipments for HTSUS classification and country of origin.
• Prepare and compile export documentation for daily shipments.
• Assist with brokerage cost audits and customs compliance.
• Provide training on import matters and respond to broker inquiries.
• Support Global Trade Compliance and MADC teams on projects.
