Job summary

You will advise global product teams on sanctions, export controls, and customs, draft terms in complex agreements, and help scale automation and training across the company. Collaboration with legal and business teams is essential.

Qualifications

• JD or equivalent; 5+ years advising on U.S. sanctions and export controls.
• Experience advising multinational tech companies on EU/UK regimes.
• Able to translate complex regulations into actionable guidance.

Responsibilities

• Advise product teams on global trade regulations including sanctions and export controls.
• Provide day-to-day trade compliance guidance and track regulatory trends.
• Advise on restricted party screening, processes, and automation.
• Draft and negotiate terms in strategic trade and anticorruption agreements.
• Maintain relationships across the business to spot compliance risks.
• Support due diligence and integration activities for M&A.
• Provide training on trade compliance to cross-functional teams.
• Handle regulatory inquiries and filings as needed.
• Advise on other compliance matters.
