Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support its global trade compliance program. This entry-level role conducts daily compliance reviews and screening to ensure EAR/ITAR compliance, performs KYC reviews, and screens against restricted-party lists.

The analyst will work with Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Procurement to identify risks, maintain records, and escalate high-risk matters as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field and related experience in trade compliance or risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform KYC reviews of customers and third parties.
• Screen against sanctions and restricted-party lists using Descartes and other tools.
• Review sales opportunities for export control and sanctions compliance.
• Assist with EAR/ITAR compliance activities and record maintenance.
• Prepare routine metrics and reports on compliance activities.
