Job summary

Magnet Forensics is seeking a detail-oriented Trade Compliance Analyst to support its global trade compliance program. This entry-level role conducts daily compliance reviews and screening for EAR/ITAR, performs KYC, restricted-party screening, and end-user due diligence, and helps identify potential export risks before transactions.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Sales Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Procurement, maintain documentation, and escalate higher-risk matters to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience or exposure to trade compliance or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct KYC reviews for customers and third parties.
• Review ownership structures and geographic presence for risk indicators.
• Assess information provided for completeness and flag red flags.
• Support enhanced due diligence investigations when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of KYC reviews and decisions.
• Perform restricted-party screening using Descartes and other tools.
• Screen various transaction participants against sanctions lists.
