Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Classification Analyst to support HTS classification and regulatory compliance for import/export activities. You will collaborate with operations and business units, maintain classification data integrity, and monitor regulatory changes across regions.

The role emphasizes effective communication, data-driven decision making, and working within a hybrid setup with travel for on-site work in Eagan, MN or San Antonio, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of HTS classification experience OR US Customs broker license with 9 years HTS experience
• Experience applying HTS rules and GRIs; familiarity with essential character concepts
• Ability to interpret customs rulings and communicate complex information clearly

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training on HTS and government reporting requirements to operations and business units
• Own tariff classification rules and maintain data accuracy across systems
• Monitor tariff classification changes for designated regions and update internal databases and brokers
