• Active Bar Admission in Washington, DC, in good standing.
• 2–4 years of substantive international trade experience.
• Experience counseling on U.S. international trade regulatory issues and enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on international trade and regulatory compliance matters.
• Counsel on U.S. trade remedy laws, including AD/CVD proceedings.
• Represent clients before government agencies and the U.S. Court of International Trade.
• Provide strategic guidance on U.S. sanctions, export controls, and cross-border requirements.
• Develop and assess compliance programs related to trade regulations.
• Monitor trade policy developments and collaborate across practice areas.
