Material is seeking a Senior Associate, Global Tracking to join a hybrid team based near one of our offices in New York City, Los Angeles, or Austin. You will lead data collection, questionnaires, and client relationships to deliver high-quality results for Fortune 500 clients and global brands.

You will manage multiple projects, ensure timely documentation, and apply analytical thinking to identify patterns and insights that inform marketing and business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Capable of working independently with general supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.
• Strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of data collection, manage questionnaires and client relationships.
• Manage time efficiently to supervise and execute project components and reports.
• Address quality control issues with programs/data tables/reports.
• Utilize analytical tools to discern data patterns and draw conclusions.
• Support the management of quantitative and qualitative research from kickoff to delivery.
