Job summary

Google is seeking a technically driven Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects within the CSRM-Technical Operations Safety Platforms, Architectures and Concept Engineering (SPACE) team. You will own the lifecycle of physical security systems across our data center fleet and coordinate with cross-functional partners.

You will plan requirements, manage schedules, and drive remote maintenance programs with a focus on uptime, risk reduction, and standardized workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with data analysis, bug fixing, and utilizing tracking tools such as business intelligence platform and bug dashboards to resolve operational issues.
• Experience in technical program management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management related to physical security systems, compliance, and data center architecture.
• Experience utilizing CMMS to manage preventative maintenance and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Engage with cross-functional teams to optimize configurations and platform integrity for physical security systems.
• Drive global standardization of system programming and diagnostic workflows for physical security infrastructure.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for system uptime and resolution efficiency, and design telemetry dashboards.
• Architect and manage a remote support SLA framework with internal support tiers and third-party partners to strict MTTR and quality targets.
• Lead technical root-cause analysis (RCA) for major system outages using logs, captures, and telemetry data.
