• 12+ years of experience in design and art direction in entertainment, licensing, consumer products, branding, or agencies.
• Portfolio includes franchise style guides, brand identity, typography, and product applications.
• Ability to oversee multiple programs, influence stakeholders, and direct agencies.

Responsibilities

• Own creative direction across the style-guide portfolio and assign leadership to Art Directors.
• Develop franchise visual systems and identity elements for products and licensees.
• Lead agencies and freelance talent, ensure alignment with brand and franchise integrity.
• Partner with VP and cross-functional teams on branding initiatives and asset usage guidance.
