Loud And Live in Miami, FL seeks a Touring and Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day administration and logistical coordination for domestic and international touring projects. The role requires traveling to every show on assigned tours and projects to support on-site coordination and logistics.

Reporting to the Director of Entertainment / Touring, you will maintain project records, follow up on requirements, and keep all parties aligned on deadlines and responsibilities, ensuring timely

Formación

• 2–4 years in touring coordination or related fields.
• Experience managing multiple projects across time zones.
• Strong organizational and follow-through on deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Tour Administration and Project Tracking: maintain tour calendars, show files, and trackers; translate engagements into action plans with owners and deadlines.
• Promoter Contracts and Deposits: coordinate approved promoter agreements, collect signatures, track deposits and payments.
• Marketing Assets and Timelines: distribute artwork and show information; coordinate presales and on-sale timelines.
• Travel and Touring Logistics: coordinate airfare, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries; collect passenger details and approvals.
• Promoter and Artist Team Coordination: liaison between artist teams and local promoters; track riders and show requirements.
• Expense Records and Project Closeout: track expenses, collect invoices, and prepare closeout documentation.
