Job summary

Loud And Live is seeking a Touring and Logistics Coordinator in Miami to oversee day-to-day administration and logistics for domestic and international touring projects. The role reports to the Director of Entertainment / Touring and requires travel to every show for on-site coordination.

You will coordinate contracts, deposits, travel, and show readiness, acting as the central liaison between artist teams, local promoters, and internal staff across markets and time zones.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of touring coordination or related work.
• Experience managing multiple projects across time zones.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with promoters and teams.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current tour calendars, show files, contact lists, and trackers covering contracts, payments, marketing deadlines, travel, and outstanding requirements.
• Translate confirmed engagements into action plans with clear owners and deadlines; follow through with promoters and artist teams to keep each project moving.
• Provide regular status updates to the Director of Entertainment / Touring and escalation delays, missing information, or issues affecting show readiness.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of promoter agreements with Business Affairs and internal team; obtain signatures and retain copies.
• Track deposit schedules and balances under executed agreements, send payment reminders, and coordinate collection with promoters and Finance.
• Confirm receipt of funds with Finance, update payment records, and flag overdue deposits or deadlines to the Director of Entertainment / Touring.
