Job summary

Fastly seeks a strategic Head of Global Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, and administration of compensation and benefits across the globe. You’ll partner with the Board, CEO, and senior leaders to align rewards with Fastly’s growth and culture, balancing executive and broad-based programs with equity and wellness initiatives.

The role demands deep expertise in executive compensation, strong leadership, and hands-on delivery in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Deep experience designing executive compensation plans for public and pre-IPO companies.
• Strong governance, compensation committee liaison, and board communications.
• Proven ability to lead global total rewards programs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with talent agenda.
• Collaborate with Board, senior management, and HR teams to mentor the compensation/benefit group.
• Oversee design, implementation, and governance of executive, equity, and broad-based programs.
• Prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.
• Lead external consultants when needed to address Total Rewards questions.
